Search for an Import Definition

The search feature on the Imports screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the Import Definition's display name, internal name, description, or destination table.

To search for an Import Definition:

  1. Select Admin from the top navigation bar, then select Integrations > Imports from the side navigation menu. The Imports screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  1. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Import Definitions that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Import Definition must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Date Created.

  2. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

For each Import Definition, the screen displays its name, the user who last updated it, and information about the last execution of this import and its current status. For imports that have a schedule defined, the screen also shows the next scheduled execution.

Click the Import Definition's name to navigate to the Import Definition Details screen.

Click the user's name to navigate to the Console Users screen.
